James and Sandra Allen
Meet James and Sandra Allen, a married couple that attended Carolina Auction Academy together. “We researched the schools that offered Auctioneering and SCC was at the top of that list,” recalls James.
When asked about the most challenging part of the process, Sandra replied, “I was a little nervous stepping outside of my comfort zone, but the participants and instructors made me feel at home.” James confesses, “My worst fear was learning to call bid and doing it in front of people!”
Presently, both are Owner/Broker of Today's Real Estate & Auction Company, a full-service real estate and auction firm specializing in real estate and personal property in Charlotte.
They agree the classes were not hard and advise new students that they have to put in the time to study and practice in order to be successful. James and Sandra enjoy what they do for a living and want folks to know, “It's so rewarding to be able to help people in just about any kind of situation sell their property quickly and help new residents that don't have their family and friends nearby feel welcomed in Charlotte.”
