Dean Porter
After working nearly three decades at DuPont, Dean Porter decided to take an early retirement and start his own business.
He enrolled in Cape Fear's Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program and graduated in 2002.
Today, he is self-employed as the owner of Porter Heating and Air Conditioning.
“I wish I had done it a long time ago,” Dean said.
