I just started my small business about six months ago. It's a graphic design company. The classes I took at the Institute of Entrepreneurship at CPCC have given me the confidence to do what I'm doing now. I would attribute a large portion of the reason of starting my own business to what I learned in the program.
Central Piedmont Community College's smaller, classrooms was the best part of my experience. I was amazed to see that every class that I was enrolled in had no more than 30 students. This meant I would receive more individual attention from my instructor. The small attentive classrooms encouraged me and made me feel so comfortable. I frequently answered and asked questions on material I didn't understand, which made it easy to get full credit for participation grades. The classroom sizes also made it easier to meet and interact with new people, but most importantly I was treated as a student with a name and a voice rather than just another student enrolled in their class.
Experience is an action word that comes from gaining knowledge through doing or living through something. It's always ethical to hear about great college experiences, but it's simply divine to actually experience an excellent college experience for yourself. One way to achieve academic success is to experience a marvelous education, sensational professors and smaller, comfortable classrooms at Central Piedmont Community College.
